I used to use Nature Menu and my dogs did like it, though I found their poo a little too hard, maybe due to using the grain free. I also use to forget to defrost it, but it is a great product.
I've now moved on to Pure pet food (.co.uk) still grain free and their poo is still firm, but a little softer. It's also made from Human grade natural food, but is gently dehydrated. I make it up with more water than it says and have been really impressed, especially as my dogs (Bichon Frise) tear stains have almost gone from just a few weeks use.

  • I had mine delivered today, it’s 4kg of frozen raw food nuggets and a pack of treats. Delivery was by DPD and I had an email with the delivery day and time. My dogs love the treats which are 95% meat.

Mine arrived today, thanks OP for posting the thread.

Six bags of frozen food plus a small bag of treats. Thankfully I could get it all in the freezers!

When I changed to feeding my dog raw it was this and mincemeat from PAH, she enjoyed it. Still, saving me some cash as I don't need to buy meat for a week while she gets through all this :)
