Credit file,linked addresses, IVA
Advice please??
I'm just about to apply for a mortgage so checking my credit report on Experian, which is excellent 999, I found a linked address entry source to be a 'Max Recovery'! Upon further investigation I found out max recovery is actually the company my IVA was with 8 years ago (so no longer on my credit report).
Will the fact that a Debt Recovery company is on my linked addresses be a red flag to a mortgage lender?

Raise a dispute with the CRAs and have it disassociated.
It's unlikely to be an issue, as it's an incorrect associate and the DCA itself won't (or shouldn't) have a poor credit history.0 -
It's not technically an incorrect associate. I changed address with them shortly before my IVA finished which went on my credit report0

They shouldn't be there as a linked address. They were a creditor, not someone you had joint finances with.0

They're not the linked address, they're the source who gave the address I'm linked to which where I used to live?0

Lenders don't see the names of anyone you've had credit with, so it shouldn't be a problem.0

Thanks, I think that's what I wanted to hear?0
