Well for a few months now I have been struggling, after my hours at work we’re cut and I was £960 per month worse off.
So on Friday I sent my application on line with payments, on Monday I received a email saying I was now bankrupt, on Tuesday the OR phoned me, it took another 15 mins, they asked me about some of my debts not all of them, they said I can keep my bank account, I will have nothing to pay, however I will be on a zero tax code and what I would normally pay tax I will have to pay every month up to the end of the tax year. They I said I will get 3 forms in the post to sign and send back, but they said don’t bother sending any documents.

I did this on the 2nd of May 2012 - Looking back for the situation I was in - it was the best thing I ever did.0
