Thank you Tweets, it was a very dark place for a long time. He suffered a shearing of the brain, big bleeds, broken neck, arm, leg, punctured lung. Life support for 5 weeks. Pneumonia, sepsis followed. Told to prepare for the worst. But I never gave up, every day at Southmead hospital. 5 months in hospital and brain rehabilitation unit in Bristol. He has traumatic brain injury but he is home now, walking, talking learning to ride a bicycle again. He is only 24, Lost most of his memory but by God he makes us laugh now. So proud of how far he has come on. I do try to keep up with the thread as much as I can. It's lovely to have this thread x

Sorry to read your post coreysnan.
    Hope he improves each day.
Best wishes to you and your family. X

    You watching Shetland Mrsmac, westie:eek:

Yes love it and thanks to your recommendation.

Most of the actors are so real in the way they talk. Had subtitles on as dh has gone to bed. He is pretty deaf when someone is speaking to him but can hear the tv from a distance :rotfl:

Any elite tips on the cheapest place for car hire in Jamaica? I know about buying the excess waivers online. Thanks

Advice? DON'T. The driving out there is horriffic.

Aww bless I'm not surprised you are proud. What a strong young man to have gone through so much so young. I bet it's been heartbreaking for you all at times. Hopefully he is over the worst and is growing stronger day by day. How lucky he is to have you by his side xxx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

The Walkers multipack crisps are no longer in the 3 for £3 mbuy in A (this was already true yesterday), so there may not be any trigger anymore.

There are some new items on the M list - in fact I have updated what I had from Monday. I am hoping Linda McCartney Veg. Sausages might pick up the £1 Monday M price on Wednesday night as there is TCB that ends tonight (as in Wednesday).

Busy day today. See you later:wave:.

    Morning

Mini cans still showing as ending today but can't see any good comparisons.

Also ending Alpro (£1.59/£1.39 each) or 4 for £4.00.

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda/bundle-752854_2604769.html

The Almond Original (£1.59) should compare to Tesco v £1.00 so would work out at 31p each.
The Alpro Oat (£1.39) would work out 51p each.

All 4 Alpro should compare to Waities 3 for £3.00 offer (51p/31p each) but would need to buy 12 to match their offer (max 10 of one kind)
