I am a fan of cauliflower rice. Once I blitz one it lasts a good few days in the fridge.
I hope the BP results are good, but even if they are not there are lots of things you can do and you exercise and eat well so you will find a way to turn it around. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.

Hope the BP results turn out well Cumbria. I’m on medication for high BP - it began once I piled in the weight and stopped exercising regularly in my mid-40s. So that’s another good reason to diet and excercise. I’d love it if I could bin the pills eventually. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I have that. Over the years I have mastered deep breathing in the waiting room, arrive early, don't take the boys. Wear something that is easy access so they can get the band on without hassle. Explain the WCS issue. Ask them to let you sit for a couple of minutes before they do it. Ask them not to talk to you before or during, and do the deep breathing all the way through. Don't talk or move. I can get mine from  to normalish doing this now.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese0 -
