PPI on a Business Loan, How to Claim?

I had a letter from one of these companies saying I could have had PPI on a business loan - I certainly had payment insurance as it was part of a government scheme (Enterprize Finance Garauntee? EFT)

My question is, I'm already struggling to get my head around claiming for myself, how would I go about claiming or submitting a form for the business loan? (the loan was taken on under the registered Limited company, not myself, not personal and not freelance/self employed)

TIA

You would complain in the company name.

    Don't use any claims company.

Thanks. So the normal route/forms and just put the company name in the form?

I'm really useless with things like this. I'm going through the pages here, it seems like a lot of digging is involved and I have to fill in forms for each lender - is there not a centralised service that checks or perhaps gives me a list of lenders I need to contact?

That's the ones. Noodle, doodle, snap crackle and pop.

Also known as Experian (MSE CRedit Club), Equifax I(Clearscore) and TransUnion (Credit Karma, formerly Noddle).

Yes you can. It has terms that are more suited to the self employed/company directors.

...Which makes it far more difficult to argue that it was mis-sold, of course..

Another question, I see on the Barclays form it says if I did have PPI they'll raise a complaint on my behalf - do they all do that or is that something I need to watch for? (something about 30th June ruling?)

And if that is the case, does that mean that all I need to do is the "check ppi" form and regardless of the result I don't need to pursue it or fill in claim forms? TIA
