Two 'Resolver' tools?

I've used Martin's Resolver Tool before so did a search to start off my current claim. Foolishly, I didn't check I was on the correct site enough, noticing that the site clearly uses the term 'Resolver' in its headings. However, I am concerned now as, after filling in the details and submitting them, I realised that this wasn't Martin's 'Resolver' but one used by a company called 'Flight Delay Refund' and the bottom of the enquiry form says by submitting the form I am instructing them to proceed on a no win no fee basis whereby they will deduct their fee for a win. I have emailed them to request they do not proceed - am I committed to this now, does anyone know?
Thank you

you would need to check the terms for cancellation - note the real Resolver link in Google is the first one that is not a paid advert
