    It was only a couple of months ago it was discussed on here that eBay were being forced to cull all the supposedly based in China sellers who were actually operating out of the UK and not paying VAT.

    Still getting my refunds slowly. Even though I ordered several items from one seller on the same day they are refunding 1 item at a time?

    Is a chinese seller sending 99p items to the UK liable for any VAT?
    Would I not be liable for any charges due, because I am the importer?

    One seller was a UK business, possibly they were importing and reselling but not paying VAT?

    Just a pain getting a refund for something and having to go through my purchases to make sure i get refunds for everything not received.
