I’ve had an almighty sore throat last couple of days, so eating has been a bit all over the place. Missed lunch yesterday and today as I left work early both days.

    Tuesday
    B - coffee
    L - nothing
D - fish and chips (oops)
    S - 3 x choc oaties

    Wednesday
    B - coffee
    L - hula hoop puffs
D - roast chicken, pots, kalettes, carrots, stuffing

And I’ve had copious amounts of tea, lempsip, soothers etc.

So I haven’t gone mad as in still no alcohol and no snacking (much).

    Thursday
    B - coffee

L - omelette with cheese, ham and spinach
Skry (or whatever it is) yogurt. Don’t like it, but bought two, so might as well eat the second one
    Hula hoop puffs

D - some kind of casserole and mash (took it out of freezer and can’t figure out what meat it is.

Joined the club today and must say the consultant was lovely, bubbly, confident and glamorous, even early in a morning!

The club was packed, lasted over an hour and half.
One lady had her 1 stone badge, which she had lost in 2 weeks!
    I may even go again.

Very inspirational but it did remind me of Peter Kay and Geraldine.:rotfl:

It was just as entertaining today.
Going around the room praising, clapping and asking what went wrong.
Gran wanting to lose for gd wedding but whisky was her problem.
    Constipation.
Moving house and having no fridge.
Going out for meals in an all inclusive.
The list was endless and people were very open.

However between them they had lost over 100lb so are doing very well. :T:)

    Good effort, chocomonsta.

I hope your daughter is improving, Kathryn; your family has had so many misfortunes healthwise.

    I hope you’re ok, beanie.

I’m waving at you through the TV, maman. Did you see me? It looks like you got a huge slice of luck thanks to VAR; it certainly wasn’t clear cut!
