    I am 17 days away from needing to put at least £1 a day in the tin, am thinking I need to try and make all my squares under £1 throughout the year to make it a bit more achievable....I

    Hi I would like to join in if possible please. Will get my self sorted but will probably do as others have said and mix it up a bit to avoid the lions share landing near Christmas time.
  • I am going to open an Post Office Account and pay in each weekend, but am going to do the most expensive bits first so that will be a transfer.

    I think there is a website with a spreadsheet for this challenge? Skint Dad is ringing a bell..

  • I also work backwards so have been paying my highest amounts first which leaves me the lower amounts when times are a bit tight or towards the end of the year. Having said that, I've just added a whole 9p to my pot!

  • Finally managed to print off my little tick box chart so I can see how I've done so far. Really looking forward to going home after work and counting up my little penny piles to see the progress we've made.
    Onwards and upwards with the occasional kick up the butt required! ;)

    I added £10 yesterday I found folded in receipts in my mobile phone cover.

    Can I join please? I've already started this. I've a printout in my diary and can colour each amount when I put it in my pot
    I'm just choosing amounts at random to mix up the high and low amounts x
