Nearly debt free!

I've worked hard to pay off my credit card debts over the last few years. At the highest it was £12K. I now have just over £300 left to pay off on my last credit card and to clear my overdraft.
There is light at the end of the tunnel, stick with it and use all the help you can here.
I am slowly learning to avoid unhealthy spending patterns, especially when I am feeling down (I have suffered depression and anxiety), and focus on my long term goals.
Feeling hopeful! :j:)

    Thank you all.

I have had friends, family and a boyfriend give up on supporting me through my worries. I do not give up on myself. I am pretty sure I can do this by Christmas. Hooray!

    Hi Keedie

Thank you for your honest post. Depression and debt seem to go hand in hand, anxiety, and the rest of it. Mindless spending only helped me in the short term, I still fight my shopaholic tendencies. Hope you are well and keep going :) Yes, taking each day as it comes is a good way to think. :T:T:j
