    I, also, have received the double credit of £125. The more people this happens to to the more NATwest will have to claw the money back urgently.

    (On the other hand.... Nationalised Bank billions underwater, the reminaing staff demorialised... maybe they won't be so quick!)

    Withdrawn my £250 from the double payment. No overdraft on the account and they are hardly going to fine me for going overdrawn when its their error! :beer:

  • My husband has received double the incentive - so £250

    But my account has yet to be credited.

    We opened separate accounts so my bonus hasn't been put in his account, as we first thought.

    Time will tell!

    Guys lets all be grateful that we are getting the £125 as was agreed with the incentives T&C's.

    It's funny how we are all quick to moan if things go wrong, but if it's an error going the other way?

    Just to throw this into the mix, have any of the people who have been in error paid the £125 twice made any contact with NatWest,

    :eek::eek:
    and if so could we all please have an honest report of what the outcome of the conversation was.

    Can I suggest they DONT!

    Still waiting for mine and Mrs B's incentive. :o

    Many moons ago Barclays did the same thing and a lot of us got the incentive twice.

    Barclays did not attempt to retrieve any of the overpayments. :cool:

    When I logged in yesterday afternoon the £125 had come in so withdrew it straight away leaving small balance if a few pounds. Just logged in today and there are now two additional entries, one extra switch offer £125 dated yesterday and !!!8220;dup switch rvsl!!!8221; -£125 dated today so my balance is unchanged at a few pounds.
  • Husbands account is now showing as the extra £125 has been taken back!
