...dont know how people can eat a full hot dinner in this weather:eekl:

Having just had three weeks of gorgeous Turkish food, I'm now desperate for a roast. I'm having one on Sunday, however hot it is. :D

I'm at a conference tomorrow with lunch provided. Hope there's something SW friendly. :)

Just toasting Belgium with a glass of bubbly. I just love Roberto.

Apparently its really nice, you use the pease pudding to make the pastry . Line a pie dish like normal put filling in and make a lid:D
Too hot in here to have the oven on to long :( 34 odd degrees in here:eek:

Can't say it appeals to me but then I don't like pease pudding anyway:rotfl:. DH didn't like the sound of jt either. Although when I sbowed hin the picture said I liked that potato pastry you did last night, didn't say anything at the time. Glad he likes it 'cos we've got LOs for luncgh today with salad!

My place is reasonably cool as we've got a bit of a breeze through as both front and back doors are open when the plumber is here as well as most of the windows. The bathroom is coming along nicely - just glad we've got the motorhome which we use for the loo during the day so he doesn't have to stop every time we need to go to the loo! Also able to use the shower in there.

Back later with menu plan as this is getting to be an essay:rotfl:.

Morning all. hope everyone is well.

it's -1 lb for me this week - would have liked more but it's my first loss at all in several weeks, despite me eating speed like nobody's business (this hot salad weather is great for keeping me on the straight and narrow, apart from the occasional ice lolly).

Well done MissTeach that's a great loss this week and amazing overall. Do you need to lose much more or are you nearly at target?

    Denise

I haven't set a final target as when I started SW I weighed 21 stone 1lb and was totally dubious about anything working. I didn't anticipate such a big weight loss and never really knew what was realistic! I have my 8 stone award down as an interim target which I set when I got to 5stone loss. I still don't know what is realistic. I'm still wearing size 16 clothes and knowing I've got there from a size 26 I'm really proud of myself but I don't want to be a size 16. Everyone says I don't look like a size 16 but knowing I've come so far, I want to see what I can do. I'd bloody love to fit in a size 10 but not sure if that's just too ambitious! I've bought a few bits in size 14 which are starting to fit.
I might just aim for my 10 stone award and If I get to a point where I'm happy before then, then I'll call target. It's so hard to judge!
