    Perfect. If you still need an energy boost then add a little fast carb/sugar 30-min before, simple white bread and jam does it.

  • If you need an extra boost, then a small cup of strong coffee should do the trick. The active ingredient in most of the pre-workout supplements sold is caffeine

    Supplements are one of the biggest cons there are... the only people who truly benefit from them in a performance sense are world class athletes who win by the smallest of margins - because thats all the difference they truly make
