in Credit cards
Even though this applies to my Amex card, it is a bit of a general question. I want to use my Amex to pay for flights. The ruling in January states no more fees for UK users in UK. If, for example, I use a UK agency to book a trip using KLM (Netherlands), do I pay a fee or not?
It's good for the soul to walk with your soles on the soil.

We understand the Amex rate isn't good but that's the policy and note that they are there for profits so if the rate is good, then it is bad for business0

How much is the cost of the flights?
Are we talking a few hundred or thousands of pounds/euros?
If you don't think your AMEX exchange rate is not good use another card. Does this AMEX card give you some reward such as air miles etc? If so you are paying for it in the exchange rate - nothing for nothing in the world today.0
