Looking to join up, I know it's a few days late but better late than never.
Hopefully 2018 will be a big saving year for me

I haven't been able to get out and about, but have found that my favourite tin which has a Robin on the lid, is actually half full of shrapnel so I shall add that to the pot - when I can get out to buy one!!!! I was going to use a nutty choccie jar but am having trouble covering it up, I'll dip into it if I can see what's in it xQuot Libros, Quam Breve Tempus

90p in my pot today.
It’s payday Friday for me and a very tight week. My dd birthday Tuesday and a shopping trip for her Monday before she returns back to school will no doubt leave my bank account bare
I’m looking forward to gettting paid, budgeting and back to normal money wise. I work in a supermarket and it’s so hard to not waste money on food when you see something you fancy! It’s my New Years resolution that should see a lot of coins in my pot IF I can stick to it! Fingers crossedSpc member number 15 😆0 -
Saver - upper. That made I laaaf hearing things your other half says, (or wot yer uvver aaff sez ). My wife's a Londoner and I think will totally get where you're coming from. My daughter wrote in some of her homework about being 'led in bed'. Wife was hopping mad with her whilst I was thinking 'what's wrong with that?'
The message to any newcomers is always that it's never too late to join this challenge. Any money saved is better than none.
Still not fully back up to speed with my potting but will get there. Had this man-flu which any males on here will know is a lot worse than the female version
