    Struggling with access on my phone at the moment, so cant get on as much.


    I had a gain last night, but I expected it. As consultant said, it's a maintain over 2 weeks :)

    So many people gained last night. I think we have all really struggled with being snowed in and kids at home and stuff.


    But new week, and not had chance to plan the full week yet, but determined to be good when I can. Got daughter birthday tomorrow (12 years ago I was 63 hours in to labour!), but other than cake everything is manageable.


    Today's plan
    Breakfast - fruit salad
    Lunch - couscous salad
    Dinner - pasta carbonara


    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
    Syns - cranberry juice (2.5)
    Zebras rock

    Thanks for the well wishes for Dad - they think he has pleurisy now :/ he's hoping to be released towards the end of the week but we're none the wiser really.


    Today:
    breakfast: coffee (milk from hea) an apple and strawberries
    lunch: butternut quash and rep pepper soup. cooked chicken, sweet clem
    tea: something with chicken. potentially chicken topped with bacon and cheese for OH and maybe something with noodles for me; a stiry fry style thing...thinking chicken, pepper, onion, mangetout, baby corn, fried off then add some noodles and a splash of soy maybe. chicken and something for littlie.


    got my bronze body magic last night as I walk 30 mins a day and gym 1hr once a week...I think its maybe more like silver but I like to collect in order so in however many weeks I'll get silver :)

    Going by FB there will be a lot of gains in our class on Thursday.
