    Businesses do not care about loyalty these days, it's all about the churn rate and bringing new customers in.

    That must be their default answer, I have a Buildings and Contents policy with M&S (Axa rebadged) the renewal quote had gone up a lot so I did a new online quote with them using all the same details and it came out 250 cheaper. I rang and they said exactly the same but if I wanted to stay with them take the new policy, there was nothing wrong with that.
