I've fallen behind where I *should* be to achieve 2017 in 2017 - I'm about 12 days worth behind now. I fully expect to fall further behind in June, as it is too busy for me to be getting much decluttering done. July, however, starts with a NNS, so I am hoping to sell quite a lot there and catch back up :)

Earmarked a 'temporary' wardrobe, that is now 14 years old, for the tip. :rotfl:

So, four huge Ikea blue bags are sat at the top of the stairs waiting to go to the CS when it opens tomorrow.

  • I have a bit of a strange system going on right now, where after I found my HG skincare products back in February, I then got all those Avon products from my mum a few weeks later, which were older(acquired last September) so I started using them despite having my newer, opened HG things.

My HG skincare is from a botanical brand, therefore has a much shorter shelf life, so I eventually managed to come up with a routine that uses both lots of products side by side. My HG skincare items are just cleanser, toner and moisturiser but the Avon things I have are a cleanser, a serum, an eye cream and a day cream and night cream.

I have an entire range of products from my HG skincare brand that are sealed(should stay fine until I get round to using them) so I have told myself I won't touch any of these - as using them all in the correct way makes up a pretty comprehensive and thorough skin care regime - until not all of my current products I'm using right now are used up, but until the cleansers only run out.

I'm going to do it this way as the Avon day and night creams and the eye cream are in massive tubs and I only need a minute amount each time, and while I can see they are going down, even with adhering to my routine morning AND evening it's very, very slow progress. The cleansers will be finished long before any thing else and I don't want to bring in products from a different brand when I start using my HG items.

I estimate that the toner I'm currently using will be finished tonight. The serum I'm currently using is starting to feel rather light too so hopefully that one will be finished soon.

A foot cream/moisturiser looks about half empty judging by how squeezed the squeezy tube it's in is :rotfl: so hoping for that one to be finished within the next fortnight.
