My husband died in 2002. I have very little paperwork apart from his death certificate. I know which bank he was with . Where should I start trying to find if I am entitled to PPI ?

    Contact his bank?
However, 17 years after his death, the chances of any financial institution still having any record of him are slim indeed.

    Sorry.

(No one is "entitled" to PPI, by the way, PPI is simply a type of insurance policy. If you want PPI refunded then you must show it was mis-sold )
