British Gas refusing to send paper letters

My parent's who do not use a computer but do have an email address have been unable to get British Gas to send them their Home care agreement by post - three times they have phoned and three times it's been sent again by Email and not by Post. Should they quit?
They never actually gave British Gas their email by the way - I think it was given when ordering a Free Carbon Monoxide alarm.

    If you have an email address more companies are only sending contracts by email. As an example I recently renewed my Vodafone contract in one of their shops and was advised they are now paperless and the only way you get a copy of the contract was via emai.

    Never had a problem getting the a paper version and I'm online for most things. Write to them.

    If your parents do not have an email address, who are British Gas emailing your parents contract to? :eek:

    Did the email account holder know and approve that?
    Can't your parents get that account holder to now provide them with a copy of the email that has been sent 3 times???
