    Hi All,
    As promised i am now back on it after the half term.
    Weighing in at 92.8kilo which is about 14st 9lbs in old money.

    need to get 10lbs (4kilo ish) off, then maintain that.
    fitbit stats for last 7 days

    90,645 steps 166 floors 44.47 miles 21,952 calories

    include a few 5 mile walks and a 6 mile cycle ride.

    got a night out with my brother this week, so not too hopeful of a loss.

    A whopping 3.8 lbs GAIN for me after my weekend away.
    Back in the game thou so hopefully it will melt back off me soon.

    I have started running again, 2 runs in the last 2 days. Even braved a rainy run today.

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday. Managed to eat less although had more "junk food" and still wanting more.

    I used the outdoor and indoor bikes for the English Channel exercise challenge.

    Outdoor bike = 6 miles.
    Indoor bike = 37.7 miles + 14 minutes.*
    *(mileometer stopped working).
