    £11K spent on a borehole would pay for quite a few years water bills though I'm guessing :p
    In addition we had an extension re-roofed in slate and had a borehole drilled. The latter was a big chunk of that budget at £11k.
    Please put out food and water for the birds and hedgehogs :)
