We choose a different pencil colour each month, the person doing the colouring in gets to choose. 2 sqaures in a month means 2 colour pencils in our house! I had a 2 square month last month and definitely get more excited than I should about it.0 -
OCC I get very excited and Mrs SJ just rolls her eyes and calls me a weirdo or nerd!
87p TT'd this morning and also OP'd my £15 Halifax rewards. More importantly Mrs SJ got paid today so current account looks all healthy again (till Monday anyway when our CC bill comes out).
Back later to read other diaries, so I'll get to you debt free!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £61,892.24......

Stop ganging up on me, and I promise I'll consider it!
£1 TT'd this morning, and am just heading out to work for a 10hr day. So no jobs done and it looks like weather for outside jobs!
Late decision to head to caravan tomorrow until Thursday whilst baby SJ has slept through every night since last Saturday (we're asking for trouble I know!). So my TT's may be difficult due to lack of wifi and decent phone signals.
Back tonight after hopefully a NSD.MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £61,892.24......

Popping in to say Hi :hello:
I think i am missing out on the £15 rewards from H@lifax! Do you have 2 singles and 1 joint??
We have a similar OP, but I too would like to find an extra £1200 ideally, so I will be reading for ideas. Just wanted to say good luck1 -
Thanks truly, we do indeed have 2 single and 1 joint. Transfer in £750 each month, then I use 2 tesco savings account as the direct debits to claim the £5's. TT's are fantastic and this morning I've OP'd £5.83 for the weeks TT's.
When updating my spreadsheet I've just noticed that this month will be the first that our interest is below £200 at £199.78. Admittedly it's a 30 day month, but it did give me a little smile! It actually equates to a £27 monthly reduction in 12 months!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £61,892.24......
