    Only once have I been asked to see the email. Usually name and post code is enough, but I do pick up in a small M&S food that probably doesnt have many orders.

    Don't think I have mentioned spree books, have local and national coupons. Need to pay, but can have good deals, worth checking out, you can preview the books before purchase.

    According to the T&Cs, the Dr Oetker promo runs until 18th February.

    If it is xxxx per week, might be worth trying (early) next Monday morning.

    Afternoon elite, in HB I found Food Haven pure coconut oil portions 250g for £1 in the fridge section. Seems quite cheap for coconut oil.

    They've never asked me for proof. they usually only ask for a name.
