It was just before our holiday when I was manic at work, so I will excuse myself... lol! It is mum's birthday this Saturday - I am hoping Waitrose delivers her some very cheap flowers unless this order was cancelled!

    Morning all

Still feeling really motivated from the kick up the wotsit I gave myself following the fall from grace last week. Fingers crossed for a good loss on Saturday.

    Plan for today:

B: Overnight oats ( HEXB grape nuts, raspberry & cranberry muller light, mixed summer fruits)
L: Chicken salad (cucumber, red pepper, mushrooms)
D: Trying out campfire stew for the first time - it;s in the slow cooker now. Will have it with a jacket potato

    Snacks: melon, muller light.
Syns: none planned - may have a kitkat (5.5). Have only used 37 syns so far this week (over five days)
  • SSM - I've always said that it's not what you buy a person for their birthday/Christmas/hallmark day but what you do for them the other days of the year.

Yesterday didn't go as planned as hubby decided not to go out so tea wasn't as planned but I did do lots of walking.

I've got choir tonight but I'm in two minds as to whether to go .....think the deciding factor may be whether my partner in crime goes - if I don't go then I'll go cycling.

Mothers' Day is always in March. This year on 11th. I remember because it's always around the same sort of time as my birthday. This year just a day difference. my DD2 bought me raspberry gin!:D

I've still got a miserable cold hanging round me so not feeling very hungry most of the time and can't taste much. Somehow doesn't stop me eating though!

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: LO corned beef hash with Speed veg
D: chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: syrup 2.5, Extra HEXs 6, honey 2.5, noodles 1

Seems a bit of a waste of 12 syns on nothing in particular all coming in one day. DH always makes huge porage portions and we like a honey/soy/lime sauce on the stir fry. I'm guessing the noodles as they used to be on syns online but now removed.

This is an odd couple of weeks. No chance of keeping within syns as we're away again this weekend so just trying to be good when I can. I should have a straight run at it next week.:)

As a perennial worrier, as I close in on target (around 1st 4lbs to go now), I'm utterly terrified that I'm going to be left with loose skin. The stretch marks I aren't all that bothered about in reality, but I'm starting to definitely develop loose skin.

Wonder how I can tighten it up :(

    31st March or 2nd April?
