Universal credit journal no replies

Until recently I was receiving replies in my universal credit journal but despite leaving several messages I’ve had no replies for more than 2 weeks. Please can anyone tell me if this is usual?

    Options
    Seems DWP service centres must be extremely busy or staff being allocated elsewhere.... Maybe try phoning them. DWP seems in quite a bad state right now. Not sure the govt is helping much, Can't believe i'm going to say this, But Esther Mcvey must be having a pretty hard time! C

    Replying to journal messages is down to number 6 in priority lists for case managers so if your message is regarding payments you would be better to phone the service centre. If you have moved out of the intensive work search group (as now working or not required to look for work) you no longer have a work coach and they no longer receive your journal messages,
