The letter you need will depend on the reasons you're asking for a refund - eg DD taken in error, overpaid by standing order, miscalculation of interest, early settlement figure incorrect etc.

Easier just to write to them directly and put your reasons.

to be honest I think on some I was mis-sold I couldn't afford them
sunny lent 2500 repayment was 360 pm
loans at home lent me 1000 then 500 on top then another 500 then I missed some payments then gave me another 1000 without checking my monthly expenditure so I have 3 loans running with them paying 240pm month same story with provident

It sounds more like mis borrowing rather than mis selling. Why did you borrow more when you were already missing payments?

But stranger things have happened, so drop them a line.

Or, you could ask, why did they lend him more when he was already missing payments ?

Two way street in this game........

You could indeed. It's not a risk I would take on a customer.

Agree it's a two way street - so thought I should mention the second way.

Christ, don't ask advice on this via this forum, all you get is "It's your own bloody fault!"

But on a plus note, it's pretty easy. Just follow the debtcamel link above

So people don't have to take ANY responsibility for borrowing more than they could afford to pay back? It's ALL the lenders fault?

Get over yourself, while the lenders could say no, nobody held a gun to the OP's head forcing them to apply.

As above, it's a two way street, nobody said it was completely the OP's "own bloody fault" but in your world we could all take loans out then complain and get all our money back. I'm sure that would be a lovely world, free cars, no mortgages - where do I sign up?

Yet in your first post you said the letter templates on debt camel weren't strong enough.
