Send the blue text template appeal already written for you that you'll find in post #1 of the NEWBIES thread.

Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations necessary.

    Send it as the keeper.

What happened when you complained to the pub?

The OP has already appealed, and may have outed the driver in the process.

We don't know if the DD has appealed yet.

I have recently appealed directly to a parking company, and the ticket was cancelled straight off.
I held on until the 21st day, ignoring the pay within 14 days bit, then emailed in my appeal, so it's worth it!
I got all my advice from these pages, so thanks!!

the rectification notice has come up over the GDPR 2018 data protection law

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5849784

a V5C is the form number of your "log book"

read your "log book" and its there as the document I.D. on the front (its the same for all of them ,yours , mine , etc)

the DVLA sent it to you when the vehicle was bought

My daughter and I have both already sent back are appeals to Britannia parking, and have had both rejected. We have both appealed to popla, and are waiting to hear back from them.

wait for their evidence packs them

you will have 7 days to rebut the evidence packs if BRIT havent thrown the towel in by then

so if they submit the evidence packs you need to contruct rebuttals of 2000 characters or less (not words) to put into the popla online portal

so at the moment you are both at the "waiting stage"

In that case your thread here is premature!

You posted as if you were at the start of the journey

Await the outcome of your POPLA appeals!

If unsuccessful then read up #4 in the FAQ on the debt collectors stage

Ignore everything except a LBCCA or Court correspondence

If and when it comes to that come back at that time for advice on how to defend

They have 6 years to start legal action against you

Guys I'd like to thank you all for your help and advice, at last I've managed to get hold of the landlord of the pub who tells me that she will get the tickets canx. So hopefully I'm sorted. This is the first time I've ever used anything like this before and it's been great, thanks again
