Ppi

Hello. Just wondering, are you allowed to claim back PPI if it's from a period (& potentially a lender) before & involved in your bankruptcy?

We get so many people asking this question.
No you cannot claim P.P.I from before B.R anything before has been wiped out.
We were told by the O.R it is there right to claim not ours.
Unfortunately some people who went through a company to claim on their behalf had to pay the admin fees to them and the payment went to the O.R.
Please do not believe what the company's tell you....they have no idea.

you can claim, but every penny claimed will go to the OR, and if you using a solicitor or one of these PPi companies, you will be stuck with their bill!

ignore any claims you may or may not have, not worth it

There is a sticky at the top of this board with the technical answer.
