Thank you for this. I was still searching for how to create a new thread, and I found you had just done it! And I see you have done a new Codes thread too.

Just a suggestion: I wonder whether it might be a good idea to add to your first, sticky, post something along the lines of "Warning! Do not post Swagcodes to this thread, as doing so risks having posts deleted without warning by the Board Guides. All Swagcodes should be posted to https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5939536."

Not sure anyone needs post after post of search links when searching "qwertyuiop" is just as likely to get a win as anything, especially when useful posts are getting deleted left, right and centre but each to their own, I wont be posting again.

I think the idea of listing the links in the sticky post is just to avoid having post after post of search links!

At least the Spin and win is better that the last few with the return of the chance to win a few SB and only the swagstake and swagIQ rejoins as really "no wins" for most.

Got 27 SBs, 3 search win doubles and 5 surveys but sadly they only have a 20% boost (strangely the search win doubles initially were showing in German in my swagups, nCrave was playing Spanish videos and a part way through a tickbox survey it switched to one clearly for USA residents).

"Redeemed a swag code from the swag button" tile on SWAGO did not work for me.

Ironic with all the hoo-haw here about codes the past few days.

Personally, I don't have the time or inclination to continue subscribing to MSE - the whole situation seems to have been blown out of proportion - at the end of the day, it was one duplication on 2 forums per day (which were time limited anyway). I would like to thank everyone that has provided information on the previous forums, but I'm out of here.

I don't blame you one little bit, minimadtrix. This isn't the first example of high handedness I've seen, but its probably the most gratuitous. A sad day.

It isn't about the duplication, I don't really care about that. I care about attitudes.

A BG has caused great upset on a thread which was working perfectly well by his 'high-handedness' (your words but they fit precisely). Complaints have been made and the BG's response is to close that thread and tell 'someone' to open a new thread. It brings ill feeling to an otherwise happy community and I'm pretty sure that Martin himself would not agree with their approach to this matter. I feel very sad about this
