Dolphin success via the FOS - Plevin?

A couple of years ago I helped my partner with a claim for Ppi mis-sold on a loan by a Dolphin rep. She was knocked back initially but the claim was referred to the FOS and a cheque arrived out of the blue after 6 months or so.
I want to help her with a Plevin claim but she's mislaid the paperwork.
Any idea on how she can get the necessary details?

  • Is this about the same loan?
Plevin only applies if the ppi complaint is rejected. If a complaint is upheld, any commission (Plevin) is included in the refund.

Plevin does not apply to her. Plevin is only paid out on rejected complaints and is the excess commission over 50% (if any). As her complaint was successful, she had a 100% refund already. There is nothing further to pay out.
