Hotmail - Email sending twice

Hi guys,

I’ve been noticing that when I send emails on my iPhone, in the mail app, emails are sending twice.

When I go into the ‘sent’ folder, every single one of my emails appear to have send twice. I have checked with the person I send the email too and they can confirm this.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this as it is annoying for both me and the person I send the email too.
