Back again with my menu plan. Today's another Green day:

    B - Boiled eggs; soldiers - HEB1 + 3 for spread
L - jacket potato; beans; salad
D - mixed bean goulash; rice
    S - cheese on toast - HEA2/HEB2

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - bread
    HEB2 - bread
    Syns - spread 3;

If I go out shopping I might change tonight's dinner to spinach & ricotta cannelloni but don't actually think I'm going out today so it'll probably be lots of beans as above! Could be a bit windy in our house tonight!!!!

Well I'm back reading your thread for inspiration.
It doesn't take much for me to overeat, any excuse, birthdays, holidays, couldn't care less days, upset days in fact any day lately!
Need to get back to your healthy way.

I bought the mail on Sunday for the slimming world supplement but must say I was disappointed.

Change of plan, decided we didn't want rice twice in one day and DH fancied egg & chips so it's going to be egg & chips with beans & mushrooms.

That's a dream meal for me:drool:. Just reading it makes me feel like changing my meal plan.

....had a laugh at SW meeting last night. Consultant asks someone who likes football if there is anything in the next week that could stop her having a loss next week. Someone else in the group starts singing Football's coming home.
Know a few in our group are struggling because of the football

It's definitely stopping me getting back on plan properly. I think it'll be Monday before I can really focus. :o

It's something I'd like to try. May I ask if you cook beef joints in the SC as someone else was telling me they're delicious? And why do you brown the chicken in the oven? Surely you're not planning on eating the skin?

Didn't manage to post yesterday as I got side tracked. I went out for a delicious lunch: a fish platter with cod, haddock, scallops, prawns and a tiny fishcake. With new potatoes and salad, the only syns were in the little fishcake and the pan frying and I drank fizzy water. That was fine until DH suggested a drink with last night's football. Tonight's going to be just the same as will the weekend. I'll have a good day tomorrow and then start again Monday. :)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans. HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: veggie (mushroom, courgette, peppers) omelette with pickles
    D: SW spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: Parmesan (might reclaim some from HEA) and wine syns.:footie:

P.S. Where will you be hiding on Sunday denise?:D:rotfl:

    maman.
I brown the chicken after slow cooking to finish it off, as it always looks wet and uncooked straight from the slow cooker, I've never eaten skin, son sometimes does when we have the M&S marinaded one.
Everything in my house has to be well cooked/burnt as that's what they like.
Or rather, That's what they're used to!

    Bubbs.
I did ring but she was on answer phone.
    Haven't bothered since.
Ideally 1.5 - 2 stone would be nice.
Can't think of it like that though, so 7lb would be acceptable, mentally!
