Just quickly nipping in to say well done on all the changes you have made in the last couple of years, and for keeping motivated. It sounds as is everything is going great for you so well done.
I'm feeling decidedly un-festive this Christmas but will probably be ok on the day when youngest will be visiting and we are planning a day of eating (but neither are drinking this year), playing board games and slobbing in front of the tv. Youngest will have control of remote so thank goodness for catch-up tv - best thing ever invented. Alfie-cat is doing well and (so far) hasn't necessitated his usual £400 December visit to the vet. Still, there's a whole 2 weeks to go yet.
Hope you have a lovely Xmas and good luck for continued health and happiness in the New Year.

    Hi Dreaming :)
Hope you are well. Thanks a lot for the kind words . It's funny really . I never was one for diaries , but you've all spurred me on to what I'm trying to do . So glad Alfie is doing well . I'm also less enthused about Christmas as well. I may spend it alone . It's only a fuss over 24-72 hours imho . I still have a few things more to do to the flat .

I still have a way to go . A lot to think about still . Hopefully this time next year there will be less to worry about . I won't ponder too much until end of jan . After the rubbish I've had for many years, I don't mind the rest of this year going very slowly :D

Anyway , have a great Christmas and thanks again for dropping by:)

    hi AC

WOW. Well done you. So pleased for you. You have come a loooong way. Just hang in there for the final furlong.

Well I had a nice relaxing holiday, great weather and I feel nice and refreshed and raring to go. Came home to a fabulous new bathroom.

Other than some serious decluttering there will be No more house stuff now until the Spring. I'm just going to enjoy Christmas and then come New Year make a serious effort to lose that last couple of stones and get fitter.

Me first, the house can wait.

    Have a lovely Christmas.

So, I tried balancing my radiators . Problem still there . The main bedroom one isn't doing much better . So, I called Reactive a company I took out boiler insurance with back in the spring . I gave them a call Friday afternoon .( not the best time to call trades people I know ) . Had to call them yesterday . Engineer called me back . Sounded like he was on a job . He thinks it may need a powerflush , which I expect to be expensive :( Still ,if it gets sorted out now ,th sooner the better . I'm awaiting his call . Supposed to be today or tomorrow . Oh , well . Good job I'm around at short notice ..

Miserable weather , and miserable transport for Christmas . I think I'll spend a quiet Christmas at home , and catchup with my friend on Boxing Day . Next day I see mr. Trainer will be the day after that .
I have to go to Bournemouth tomorrow . Thankfully no rain forecast .
Will try to fit a session in the gym on Friday .
Have to buy a few xmas presents , but I do most online .

I have been bad over the last 2 days foodwise . Well , not too bad ..1 large pack of crisps yesterday and today from M&S . They were bought for Christmas Eve and Boxing Day . Othe than that, I've been pretty good I think ..:D

If you're ordering online, better get moving. I've been getting emails saying last ordering date for delivery before xmas is Thursday or Friday.

I vaguely remember someone on another part of the forum mentioning having to have a powerflush, and I think it was costing about £300, but it was a few years ago, so I don't know how much it would be now.

We're going to be having a quiet xmas, just DH and I. I've asked for art materials, so I'll probably spend the day getting mucky with paint!
