We have had this question before - yes, the WTC IS taken as income on the SoA calculation since it is not a State Benefit - but child benefit is not included.0

Can you tell me if Incapacity and Disability benefits are taken into account if paid to the partner who is not involved in the bankruptcy?0

If your partner is not the one going bankrupt then his income, benefits etc do not figure at all.
In bankruptcy if it is YOUR WTC or CTC it IS included in the calculations , but not the State Benefits or DLA.0 -
The National Debtline say I have to declare my benefits even if none of the debts are mine because it is income into the house, but I am not being pursued for any debts or going bankrupt does this sound right?0

If it is YOU who is going bankrupt, the SoA form requires you to put your details.
The only question re partners is their contribution to the household bills, not the full total of their income. So, no if YOU are going bankrupt you don't put your OH's benefits in total on the form
Since your OH is going bankrupt and not yourself you would work out your contribution to the household income. So, if your contribution is half and half where rent/food/gas etc is concerned, that is what you list on the forms.0
