in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
My gf is typing a letter to claim some C/C charges back. She had an Aqua credit card which is issued by Halifiax - does she write to Halifax or Aqua C/C services ?

    No idea tbh but I would write to the address on her statements meantime and if she gets a reply direct from Halifax then use that address for any further letters :)
