Marcus Easy Access Savings Account

Anyone else having trouble logging in?

I opened an account this morning and everything seemed to go through perfectly. I've just tried to log in to see whether my money has been transferred from my bank account into the new Marcus account ok, and it won't let me in. The 0800 number isn't working either :eek:

I hope this is just teething troubles.

    Yes, the site is down for me too. It didn't take long for their online banking site to crash.

    My anti virus program was performing a clean up yesterday and whilst I said no to powering down my computer to complete the cleanup it may still have deleted the Marcus marker/cookie. I suspect that this may have caused the current issue.

  • Just rung the 0800 number - there are 'technical issues' - told to give it another couple of hours and try again !

    I wouldn't be surprised - it's featured prominently in this week's MSE money tips email, which has often been the kiss of death for new products and offers in the past, unsurprisingly when details are sent to 12 million people at once....
