LINK driving us mad!

Trying to make this short...we have 3 accounts with Link (originally Barclaycard/Halifax). We did a CCA request a year ago, eventually got details through.
Have send letters recorded delivery stating these are our three accounts, this is what we can offer as a settlement or monthly amount.
We have done this a few times over a period of months, yet we hear nothing and constantly getting automated voicemails, texts and letter for different accounts. We’ve asked them to stop but heard nothing.
I’m reluctant to phone for security and probably passed form person to person and I like everything in writing.
We have been trying to set up payment for months but they are so incompetent, what can we do? Happy to wait it out but these letters/calls are getting too much (I know they are automated but surely someone reads the letter and puts a note on the accounts?!?)
Any advice?
