I have a rental property .
which of these are tax deductable
1 replacing wooden floors
2 replacing blinds
3 repairs to exterior garden wall replacing unstable pillars and plastering .
which of these are tax deductable

Is the property currently rented out ? If so then all 3 could be considered repairs / maintenance and deductible. Why are you carrying out 1 & 2, are they improvements or necessary like for like replacements ? Why is the wall being plastered (I assume you mean rendered for an outside wall ! ), was it already rendered ?0 -
I'd say, yes, as long as the property is rented out before and after those works and as long as they are repairs/replacements on a "like for like" basis with no improvement value, i.e. just to repair wear & tear etc.0
