Help with BT

Hi folks,
Hoping for some help with how a BT card works. I can currently get access to a Santander BT card which would allow me to transfer my existing card debt (£1500) over a 27 month period to 0%. This is obviously great for myself as my current rate is 34.9%.
My question is how does this work? Am I accepted and I simply ring Capital One/Vanquis and pay it off? Or do Santander do this for me? I know how stupid that sounds but this is my first BT.
Thanks

Yes it does sound stupid (joke)
Once the Santander account is open speak with them and tell them how much you want to BT and the Capital one card number and they will deal with Capital one. Just make sure you make monthly payments to Capital one until the BT shows (should be instant but better safe than sorry). If you have an online account with Santander you can do it onlineOne man's folly is another man's wife. Helen Roland (1876 - 1950)0 -
