The £10 spend can be on anything (with some exclusions) including £5 of fresh fruit and veg.

yes - from the T&Cs your £5 fruit and veg is defined in point 4
and your £5 of "other stuff" can be anything apart from what is listed in point 5

4. £5 off is valid only on fresh Fruit, Fresh Vegetables, Fresh Salad items and Fresh Herbs. It excludes any Frozen fruit, vegetables, salads or herbs, items from the salad bar, seeds, nuts, flowers and plants.

5. A £10 minimum basket spend applies. £10 spend excludes: Cash Back, Tobacco, Fireworks, Saver Stamps, Postage Stamps, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Infant formula/milk, Lottery Online Game and Instant Tickets, ‘Top-up’ Mobile Phone Cards, E Top-up, Photo Printing, Prescription Medicines, Fuel and purchases made within the Petrol Filling Station. I'm confused. Do I need To do a £15 worth of shopping. £10 of normal shopping plus £5 of fruit and veg that will get knocked of at the till ? Meaning I've spent £10 overall
