So have been cooking chicken drumsticks in a marinade and then having them through the week. I pull the meat off the drumstick and then freeze the bones. When I have enough bones for a saucepan full I make stock.
5th and 6th was chicken with couscous, cucumber, sweetcorn and beetroot.
9th was chicken and couscous again. 10th I bought a takeaway. 11th was leftover roast pork roll, 12th was a cheesy roll and today I had cheesy bread with crisps. So that's 6 so far!0 -

Morning,
List has been updated on the first page Please let me know if there are any errors or if I have missed anyone.
Just a heads up, as it is Christmas next week, I will be doing the January thread this week as I don't think I will be able to get online as much next week to set one up. Plenty of time to think about your targets
Have a great day
