Bruge was stunning, really magical at this time of year with the Christmas markets and all the buildings decorated. We went slightly over budget so didn't bring anything home to pot unfortunately.
Upon our return we noticed our dog was very quiet (she's an 18 month old chocolate labrador, so very out of character!) and so needed a trip to the vets. Turns out she has an ear infection and is in quite a bit of pain poor thing. So two antibiotic injections, tablet antibiotics, ear drops and flea/worm tablets later, my bank balance is £280 lighter!  just before Christmas too
We've moved the furniture around in the living room to make room for the Christmas tree and found 10p under the sofa, so into the tin that went. But I'm afraid that's everything we've managed to pot last week.1p a day challenge #47 £1.89/£671.61

Hello,
I am still here but at the moment my poor pot is hungry as coins are being diverted elsewhere; that pesky tooth fairy fleeced me for another £1 last night! We are having a free night away this weekend so once that's over (but it should be cheap) and school has finished with its contributions to X, Y and Z....I am hoping to fatten up the pot once more. :rudolf:Grocery challenge SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86[/COLOUR]:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 ? You're welcome RavimePheonix, many thanks for popping your No on your siggy.
Never mind about what you've not brought home, MrsMe, as long as you've brought loads of memories home that's the main thing!!!:j It sounds as though you went at the ideal time. Your poor dog though but so long as she's soon back to normal and free from pain the better! By golly vets no how to charge!!!!! Ah well, at least you've potted the 10p found!!
That darn tooth fairy obviously knows you're the gift that keeps on giving, Hetty! :rotfl: Are you sure your little lad isn't using the same tooth over and over???
