Embroidery company returns

Hi I placed a large order with an embroidery company via their Facebook. Some of the items I ordered included several navy softshell gilets. However when they arrived it was navy and royal (royal blue lining and zip) which unfortunately doesn't really go with my orange logo. The only pictures I saw on their Facebook photos was plain navy gilets not navy and royal. Am I correct they should refund or exchange even though this is a personalised item as it's not the colour I ordered

    If you're a genuine consumer, yes. If you're a business, it depends on your contract terms and conditions.
