If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 36 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Australia Holiday
There is one prize of a nine (9) night trip for the winner and up to three companions (“Companions”) to Sydney, Australia including:
· 4 return economy flights from a UK airport chosen by the winner to Sydney Airport;
· a nine (9) night stay for four people sharing two (2) King Deluxe Rooms or two (2) Twin Deluxe Rooms at the Hilton Sydney on a bed and breakfast basis; and
· £200 added per day to the hotel booking as credit which can be used in accordance with the terms below (“Room Credit”).

The Room Credit will be added to the winner’s room on a daily basis and is for use on that day only. Any unspent Room Credit will be removed from the winner’s room at the end of each day and cannot be rolled over to another day. The winner will be responsible for paying any additional room charges incurred over and above the Room Credit.
The Room Credit can be used by opting to charge any costs incurred to the winner’s room in the following:
· Zeta Bar;
· Marble Bar;
· Glass Brasserie; and
· Alysium Spa (only services can be charged back to the room).

The Room Credit can also be used for in-room dining and the minibar in the room. Please note that Room Credit cannot be used for anything purchased inside the Fitness Centre.

Please note that all elements of the prize must be booked and taken up within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation, booked in advance of the trip and the Prize Provider must be given sixty (60) days advance notice ahead of booking the winner’s selected travel dates. The prize cannot be taken between 28 December 2019 and 2 January 2020 (inclusive).

For the avoidance of doubt, all flights must be booked at the same time, used on the same itinerary and, once booked, cannot be altered or amended. The prize is non-transferable. The Prize Provider will use its best endeavours to ensure availability of the dates, however all elements of the prize are subject to the availability of the Prize Provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Australia. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their Companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their Companions adhere to the visa entry requirements to Australia. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in Australia, including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from the UK airport, ground transport to and from Sydney Airport and the hotel, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), alcohol, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.
