Re-read the last line of my post above yours and answer that question.

Because a failed appeal does NOT mean you will then be paying the invoice!

Read the newbies FAQ thread again for advice following an appeal rejection!
  • What about a ccj will that occur?

Not until you lose any court case and still refuse to pay.

We've already worked out the likelihood of that happening. :D
  • I have received a letter today for the same place. But mine says final demand as I never responded to the original letter. However..thats because I never had an original letter. It's incredibly stressful and I feel physically sick. I only moved back here in December and it wasn't a pay and display car park the last time I used it. Plus it was dark when I parked..... and from other threads I see 're this car park the signage is poor and not easily seen .

But once I’ve appealed what happens if it all get thrown back in my face and The driver has have to pay out £100 instead of £60

You really need to read the stickies, all the answers are contained therein.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Hi, what KeithP is trying to say is ;)

this is a thread belonging to another poster ....

and all though it could be similar we try to keep all threads to one per poster to syop confusion ...

so please read up on the newbies thread

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4816822

and then start a new thread to get excellent advice ...

oh and if you are browsing using a phone ... then a PC / laptop will help ... quite a lot ..

National Parking Enforcement sounds a grand title, used to be called Norfolk Parking Enforcement does not sound as grand. Mainly in East Anglia, got a contract with the Coop, members will be complaining. Little scummy company owner has a police caution for VAT fraud. Look in the EDP for some of his scams.

I think they may have re-named themselves again to National Parking Management now!
