I'm only in this thread because I was needing cheese.... hurrah. Shame it's grated (as that doesn't last so long), but it saves me grating it (so less washing up faffery).
I'll try to get a bag of cheese this weekend. I'm down to my last 2"x1" piece of the last lot! I bought two packs last time - I was first in the shop, first to the cabinet - and there were only FOUR packs in the whole shop! I let the chap who was also seeking the cheese have the other two.0 -

If you are going for the chocolate the 95% is very strong , and very much an aquired taste. I prefer the 70%0
