Energy Efficient Building

Options
Our charity is based in an old Victorian building in Ashford, Kent. Great building except that it is extremely inefficinet in terms of heating etc.
Are there any charity grants that might help us in time for next winters effects??

We tried to get grants for a Listed Building 2* to replace a boiler and were told we had to insulate the bilding first - not easy with stone walls, tall plaster and lath ceiling and stained glass (a former church)
Never pay on an estimated bill
