Bought thank you cards, stamps and toothpaste today. Also spent £9.58 on a few bits in the supermarket, shouldn't need anything else this week though.

I phoned 2nd job today and have picked a wee shift on Friday and another one next Sunday, should get around £40 per shift. I need to put some money aside to buy a wee present for my mums birthday (we're all going on a family holiday in the summer which will be her main present so will also need to start putting aside money for that too) and for a friends birthday present. £50 should cover both then will need to start putting money towards the electricity bill although the two council tax free months will help with this.

£3 bank account reward has been paid today so I've paid it to the flat debt, now at 50.2% paid :D

Starting work at 7 tomorrow so best get to bed, night all.

    NSD 4 today :D

Survived my incredibly long day but absolutely shattered, glad I've got the weekend off :)

Plan for the weekend is go for a run with my friend tomorrow, go to the gym on Sunday, clean the flat, take down the tree and decs, prep food for next week and spend some quality time with OH.

I've made a £2 payment to the car debt today. Decided I'm going to try and make a payment every day to the debt even if it's just £1. Seeing the debt decrease daily should help keep me motivated :D

Bit of a spendy day today - £35.05 on food, £38.37 on petrol, £1.50 on a drink, £7.99 on a shower caddy to keep toiletries tidy and £1 on the weighing machine at the gym.

Went to the gym with my friend rather than a run just because it was so cold. Forgot to take my water bottle so spent £1.50 on a drink. The weighing machine was a fancy one that takes your weight, bmi and body fat. I plan to weigh myself once a month and hopefully see some progress.

Got some YS mince today so did a big batch of bolognaise plus made some quiche to use some cream leftover from new years day. Also got some YS smoked salmon so that will be tomorrow's breakfast :D

Got as far as bringing through the boxes for the Christmas tree and decs so will take them down tomorrow.

Spent some quality time with OH today and had a good chat about little jobs that need done around the flat/things that we need to buy. The shower caddy was one so at least that's one item off the list.

Made a £2 payment to the car debt :D

Sunday and yesterday were NSDs. Today we needed milk and washing up liquid, also got OH some of the microwave burgers that he loves (personally I could not eat them, even the smell makes me feel a bit sick) so £6.50 spent. I also popped to B00ts and got one of my fave perfumes, a gift set reduced to £25.33. Got £25 vouchers for Christmas so only 33p spent :T. While there, I got a s0ap and gl0ry set in their 50% sale and paid for it with points. Very pleased with what I got :D

Over the last few days, I've paid £5.57 to the debt :D, will review my bank account tomorrow and hopefully pay more.

Glad I put aside a wee social budget for this month as I've organised tea out with my friend tomorrow and then my sister is up at the weekend.

Went out for tea with my friend on Wed and spent just over £20, was lovely to have a catch up. NSD yesterday :D. Out for tea with my sister tonight however she treated me. Did spend £4.50 on parking though.

Paid £2.75 to the debt yesterday and another £5.57 today :D. Got £45.57 from 2nd job today so the other £40 is being put aside for presents. Have picked up shifts with 2nd job on Sunday and Monday evenings so that will be another £70ish from both :D

Found your new diary so going to catch up on what I've missed since December and will subscribe. :)

EDITED TO ADD: Have now caught up and its great to read how motivated you still are and back on track. Glad you're still able to pick up shifts with 2nd job as and when you need.

Good luck with diary part 2, I'm sure you'll smash it! MrsT x

Thanks AleMrsT :D. Definitely feeling more motivated since starting the new diary.

Completed both shifts with 2nd job so will get some paid on Friday and the rest the following Friday.

Today and yesterday have been NSDs, mostly because I was working. Saturday I popped to the supermarket and spent £23.40. I also spent £10.60 on coffee and cake for me and my sister.

Paid £6.30 to the debt over the last couple of days and away to check my bank account now to see if I can make another payment :)
